The class reviews the steps to home ownership and teaches you how to successfully navigate the home buying process.

Home Buyer Seminars are offered on Saturdays. $69.00 fee per household includes:

• “Realizing the American Dream”: A complete manual detailing how to buy your home.
• One-on-One Counseling: A certified counselor will assess your situation and help develop a road map to purchase your home. (Available following successful completion of the course.)
• Credit Report: Included at your one-on-one counseling appointment.
